- Returns and Refunds
1.1 We will do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and that you receive quality, high-end goods. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your Bloodline product, we will strive to resolve your problem as quickly as possible and will either refund you fully, credit your account, repair the goods, or replace the goods, as the case may be, and subject to the terms set out below.
- Unwanted goods
2.1 Unwanted goods may be returned to Bloodline, within 21 days, provided that the goods are:
- In original packaging
- In original condition, which means: the goods are unused and undamaged and all original tags and seals are in place.
2.2 For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns in terms of this section for under-garments, swimwear or products that have been personalised or modified exclusively for you.
2.3 In order to process a refund, or credit your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
- Defective goods
3.1 What is a defect? A defect is an imperfection in the goods, or any characteristic of the goods, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. A defect will not result from: wear-and-tear; negligence; failure to adequality care for the goods; or where there have been alterations to the goods.
3.2 In the event any of our goods are defective, within 6 months from purchase, we will either refund you, repair the goods, replace the goods or provide you with a store credit, as the case may be – once we have received the product, and inspected the goods, we will discuss these options with you.
3.3 Bloodline will arrange for collection and delivery however the cost will be for the customers account.
3.4 Collection of the goods will be for the customer’s account at a rate of R120.00 return anywhere in South Africa.
Please note there is no return or exchange on sale items.
- Goods damaged on delivery
4.1 In the event that any goods are damaged while being delivered to you, please notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
4.2 Once goods have been inspected, we will send you a replacement or credit your account, whichever you choose.
5.1 Where you have purchased goods with a voucher (whether entirely or part thereof), we cannot refund you in cash, but will credit your account or provide you with a further voucher.
